SHE FOR CHANGE has come up with an unique Leadership Training boot-camp named DiscovHER Leadership. Lean In India is proud to be associated as a knowledge partner for this initiative, impacting and empowering lives of girls and women around the world.
This boot-camp by She For Change has been planned to help girls explore their leadership potential, strengthen their self-esteem and turn plans into action, all through a broad range of hands-on activities.
22nd -30th of July 2018, will see 24 girls from all over India from various cultural and economical backgrounds, beyond barriers and boundaries, coming together under one roof in a quintessential resort near Kaziranga National Park in Assam, to discover themselves and take their first steps towards change. Throughout these 10 days, we will try and impact the lives of 24 young girls by helping them find their truest potential, their most authentic selves.
As a need of the hour, we have decided to be a guiding light for young girls who are unsure of stepping out of their comfort zone, due to various cultural or economical barriers to embark on a journey to become future leaders and change-makers. This journey is not limited to a 10-day workshop but rather a lifetime of mentorship and a resource hub. Through this 10-day journey we help them discover possibilities and drop their influence in the outside world.
